HowTo: Assign Existing Training Programs from Program Library

These steps outline how to assign a training program and the frequency at which the videos are being sent out to staff.

Step 1: Access the Training Library

1. Log in and go to the Dashboard.

2. Click the Programs tab.

3. Click the Program Library tab.

Step 2: Assign an Existing Program

4. Find the program you want to clone.

5. Click the Assign icon (two-page icon) on the right side.

Step 3: Customize the Program

6. Edit the program name, description, interval, start date, and end date.

7. Review the list of included videos.

8. To add more videos, select them from the available videos list.

Step 4: Assign the Program

9. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

10. Choose a user group to assign the program to.

11. Click the arrow to assign it to the selected group.

That’s it. The cloned training program is now added and assigned.
