HowTo: Add a Local Client Administrator to the Power Platform

These steps outline how to add a local Client Administrator to CyberHoot under the Power Platform. This is not to be confused with adding an MSP Super User, which is outlined in this article: HowTo: Add an MSP Super Admin to the Power Platform.

Steps:

  1. From the Dashboard, click on Admin on the top right corner.
  2. Click on “Customer Settings
  3. Under the Admins tab, click on “+ Add Administrator
  4. Enter their First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Password. The mobile phone field is optional. Leave the “Send a Notification Email” checkbox checked. This will send the new admin an email with their credentials and force the user to change their password after the first login.
  5. Click on Add.

That’s it, the new local admin has been added.
