What does this mean for an SMB?

When searching Youtube for trialware videos, CyberHoot found many videos showing how to circumvent the time limiting features of trialware.  For an SMB owner, you should set out in your Acceptable Use Policy a stipulation that states employees must not seek methods to circumvent the legal use of software such as licensing requirements, trialware or similar limited use solutions. If the software is important enough to be needed in your organization, make it clear to employees that you expect them to abide by the legal requirements of that software’s use.  Prohibit attempts to circumvent license restrictions as a requirement for employment.
