These instructions provide a step-by-step guide for deleting a customer in CyberHoot’s multi-tenant platforms (Power and Autopilot).

Steps to Delete a Customer in the Power Platform:

  1. From the Dashboard, click on Admin on the top right corner.
  2. Click on “MSP Settings“.
  3. Click on the Customers tab.
  4. Locate the customer you wish to delete.
  5. Click on the three dots located to the far right.
  6. Click on “Delete Customer”.

*Note: You’ll need to make sure you’re not currently in that customer’s environment before you can delete them.

Steps to Delete a Customer in the Autopilot Platform:

  1. From the Customer Dashboard, click on Mass Customer Actions.
  2. Click on “Active Customers
  3. Select the customer(s) you wish to delete.
  4. Under Actionclick on “Archive“.
  5. Click on “Execute Action”

This will stop all training for the customer and they will no longer be active.
