October is National CyberSecurity Awareness Month (NCSAM). It is a collaborative effort between government and industry to raise awareness about the importance of cybersecurity.
CyberHoot is helping further the mission “to ensure that all Americans have the resources they need to be safer and more secure online.”
Using a password manager is one of the easiest ways to keep your password and personal information safe. A password manager stores your passwords securely, allowing you to save the information in the cloud or on your personal computer. This allows you to use varied and strong passwords, making them much harder for criminals to attack. Password managers also protect you from giving away your private info.
