Social Engineers pose as trust-worthy people (Trades people such as Electricians, Plumbers, Communications providers (Verizon, Comcast) etc) and seek access to sensitive rooms and locations in your business. They drop names of senior leaders in your organization, ask lots of technical questions, and do so with a friendly cheerful and sometimes demanding way. Learn to spot social engineers so you can avoid falling prey to their tactics.
