HowTo: Send User Outstanding Assignments

These instructions will guide you through the process of sending reminders for outstanding assignments to all users. Please note that the system will only send emails to users who have outstanding assignments, users who are fully caught up will not receive a reminder.

Steps to send outstanding assignments from the Power Platform:

  1. Upon login to the Power Platform select the customer you wish to manage.
  2. From the dashboard, click on the Users box.
  3. From the User-Group-Manager administration window, click on the green button with a paper airplane and the words “Outstanding Assignments“.
  4. Click on the Send.

Steps to send outstanding assignments from the Autopilot Platform:

  1. Upon login to the Autopilot Platform, select the customer you wish to manage.
  2. from the dashboard, click on Users on the ribbon on the right side of the screen.
  3. From the Users window, click on the “EMAIL OUTSTANDING ASSIGNMENTS” button.
  4. Click on YES, SEND.

That’s it.
