HowTo: Add/Edit Human Resources (HR) Contacts

HR Contacts are edited and assigned under each Group. The processes to edit the HR contact for your MSP or your customers are below: 

 

Adding/Editing HR Contacts for Your MSP

  1. Log in to your site (MSPName.CyberHoot.com)
  2. Click Admin in the top right corner
  3. Select User-Group-Manager
  4. Find the Group you’d like to edit (where the HR Contact goes)
  5. Click on the pencil icon on the right-hand side 
  6. Enter HR Contact’s: First Name, Last Name, Email Address
  7. Save

Adding/Editing HR Contacts for Your Customers

  1. Log in to your site (MSPName.CyberHoot.com)
  2. Click the two arrows icon in the top right corner that says ‘switch customers’ when hovering over it 
  3. Select the customer you’d like to make changes to 
  4. Click Admin in the top right corner
  5. Select User-Group-Manager
  6. Find the Group you’d like to edit
  7. Click on the pencil icon on the right side 
  8. Enter HR Contact’s: First Name, Last Name, Email Address
  9. Save
